Wonderful family experience. September 2026. A paradise in the jungle where you can share with your family and immerse yourself in the local flora and fauna with great ecological respect. The hotel features spectacular, both temperate and natural pools, and even an exclusive adults-only pool. The room modules are connected by hanging bridges that awaken the adventure along with the trails that traverse the jungle and the descent to Iguazu River. Butterflies (look for the famous "88" butterfly), coatis, lizards, iguanas, squirrels, tiger ants, are some of the animals you can see. The rooms are impeccable and have balconies with views of the jungle. The aromas in the hotel common areas and the cleanliness are admirable. The cuisine is outstanding, from the impressive breakfast to the restaurants where you can delight in local delicacies. The recreation team welcomes us with creative proposals to help the little ones forget the screens and enjoy themselves. The hotel is unique. The view, the location, the food, the people very helpful, everything excellent! The only thing I have to complain about is that they mentioned that it was our anniversary and they didn't offer any special attention. We usually go to special places for all our anniversaries and this was the first place where there was no special treatment, that caught my attention because they asked us if there was any special date in the days we were going to be there. We also had 5 activities included, but we only did 2 of them. One of them was the hike, we didn't do it because we were just arrived (check in at 15:00, a hike of more than 1 hour at 16:00), we thought we could do it the next day, but we couldn't because the guide was busy the next day going to take passengers to the airport. We didn't go to Wanda Mine which was also included in the tour, because they weren't doing it anymore and we weren't informed about it. We also couldn't go kayaking because the river was high, we weren't even notified in advance and that activity was advertised to us; I had already been offered to sign up for it before. The mate history activity was spectacular; David, a great sommelier of mate, takes you on a journey through the history of this drink. The kitchen was very poor; they only let us mix ingredients to make hard chipa for 10 minutes. We asked if, due to their own miscommunication, they could give us the jump activity instead of all the activities we couldn't do (hiking, e-bake tour to Wanda mine, recreational fishing, fire pit area), but they said no; we had to pay 120 USD for the tour; that really seemed like a lot to me. They didn't have the courtesy to make the replacement; that caught my attention because, again, we like these themed hotels that offer various services; elsewhere we wouldn't have even had to ask for it; they offer it on their own. But anyway, the place is wonderful, quiet and super peaceful. I recommend it!! Just make sure to coordinate the activities well. I would definitely go back!

Pristine Domes is a unique, incredible experience! The domes are nestled into the hills with an amazing view of the surrounding mountains, lake and the glacier. There are many activities to be done on site like hiking, horseback riding and cooking class. All meals are included at the restaurant. The food is amazing! All meals were Michelin quality. Beautiful!In case you're worried about hot water in the shower, it's fine. Umbrellas, transfer trolleys, games, etc etc. Everything you need to have a good time. When you arrive from the cabin to the main house, someone immediately comes out to greet and assist you. In the room there is a refrigerator with soda and water and also assorted tea and something sweet. The person in charge of this Pristine, Yolanda, solves any need. A detail that complements this 10 !!!! The check out was in the morning and our flight left at 21:00. We were allowed, since the room was not occupied, to stay until departure. This does not happen in all hotels and we appreciate it. EVERY PESO IT IS WORTH IS COMPENSATED. A 10 FOR THE COURAGE TO GAMBLE IN SUCH A DIFFICULT COUNTRY. A 10 TO ALL THE PEOPLE AT PRISTINE IGUAZU FOR THEIR DEDICATION AND SERVICE TO THE GUEST. EACH AND EVERY ONE MAKES THE STAY AN UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCE.
